Welcome to our online membership module. It will allow you to electronically apply for the 2010 season. The first two sections capture basic information as found on our paper application.
If you have an RMXA # from previous years, you NEED to put it on the online form, or it will be changed to a different one next year!
The next section captures a copy of your birth certificate or driver’s license. The file type must be a .gif, .jpg, .png, .tif, or .pdf. Your application will not be approved without this. Additional hardcopy waiver information may be requested at a later date.
The final step is to pay using a credit card via PayPal. There is a $2.00 surcharge to cover the PayPal transaction cost.
The application will be reviewed online and your card will be mailed after approval. You will be contacted via e-mail or phone if issues arise.
